CSS Layouts e templates web gratis

Oggi cercando tra i vari siti che offrono template e layout per siti web mi sono accorto di quanta spazzatura ci sia in giro e di come sia difficile trovarne uno che offra, magari poco materiale, ma di buona qualita` e buon gusto, nonche` graficamente gradevole.
